About Patent Law Group
Patent Law Group LLP specializes in intellectual property law. The firm was started by a group of experienced Silicon Valley patent attorneys from the San Jose law firm of Skjerven Morrill MacPherson. The attorneys wanted to focus their practices on technologies and clients that were most compatible with their backgrounds and to offer those clients attentive, personalized, and efficient service. Their skills in patent prosecution, patent portfolio management, patent opinion services, invention incentive programs, and patent litigation reflect a combination of industry experience and big-firm experience at Skjerven.
The attorneys’ overlapping technical and legal skill sets allow them to support each other as necessary to meet all of their clients’ needs and provide timely and responsive service. The firm currently represents leaders in the fields of semiconductors, digital and analog electronic circuitry, wafer processing, gaming, light emitting diodes, photovoltaic panels, LCD displays, touch screens, digital imaging devices, image processing software, communications, and others.
