Rachel Leiterman's practice includes the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications, providing patent infringement and validity opinions, and counseling on patent and other intellectual property matters.

Ms. Leiterman has prosecuted patents in various technologies including semiconductor device fabrication, semiconductor memories, digital circuitry, light emitting diodes, mechanical devices, gaming machines, design automation software, and Internet commerce software.

Prior to entering law school, Ms. Leiterman worked as a research assistant in a pharmaceutics lab at the University of Wisconsin. Her work was published in the Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Vol. 84, No. 11, November 1995.

Ms. Leiterman is a member of the State Bar of California and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
