Mr. Hsia has prosecuted patents in various technologies including semiconductor device fabrication, semiconductor memories, digital circuitry, mechanical and electromechanical devices, software, e-commerce, networking hardware, programmable logic devices, robotics, and test equipment. He has represented a Silicon Valley high technology client in a patent infringement litigation before the International Trade Commission, providing technical support and conducting domestic industry and infringement analysis. In his practice, Mr. Hsia has advised clients in a variety of intellectual property related matters, such as establishment of patent programs, licensing negotiation, and IP protection of software inventions.

Mr. Hsia has worked at the Lee & Li Law Firm in Taipei, Taiwan where he assisted senior partner Paul Hsu on China-Taiwan business relations. Mr. Hsia has experience in corporate law and can advise clients on incentive compensation programs and contract drafting.

Mr. Hsia is a member of the State Bar of the California and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Hsia is fluent in conversational Chinese (Mandarin).
